    Whats for tea tonight?

    Probably a packet or quavers! I photograph weddings so I have to bring a packed lunch etc and eat when I can. Finish around 10 so at least if I have a bag of something on the way home I won't be snacking when get home from the biscuit barrel! Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

    So, after 12 weeks, ive fallen off the wagon. And i feel awful after a bad week. I havn't done a food diary in weeks, so i think this will help me keep on track. Im getting married next year and can't wait to look fab. Another stone to target, so here is my journey.

    Share your weekly shopping

    My shop last week, in Morrisons, came to over £60. :cry: Though we did need a fair bit of cleaning stuff, still, a huge amount for me and fiance. And the fridge is empty again :( Me thinks i'll stick to asda and if i have time this week a trip to aldi.

    What's your secret for good weight losses?

    I plan every week, if not the whole week, then certainly next few days. Breakfast, lunch and tea, and decide my a/b choices in advance. Helps with shopping list, and ensures i'm not 'looking' for something to eat when hungry - ie crap out of the freezer!

    I have had an awful few days. Pretty much a whole packet of nice biscuits to myself and ended up having silly things to add the syns up even more.     The 'what i resisted today' Thread.

    currently resisting biscuits (my downfall the last couple of weeks) hadn't planned my meals this week - which i usually do. Grabbed a bowl of cereal this morning - my a and b choice - no problem. But then had SW magazine cannalloni for tea - so had to syn the cheese. bugger.

    Weekends are a struggle for me, work normal job friday and Saturday, and then another job friday and Saturday evening - in a pub, so food is temping! Just had a big lunch, will have fruit and a muller a little later, then a mug shot when i get chance at work this evening to keep me going...

    Help!4 weeks in and losing the will... Why can't I lose!?

    Hi alanabanana, I'm the same, pretty much all my milk is used for cups of tea! I didn't loose a lot in my first couple of weeks, i started thinking maybe it just doesn't work for me - but i think it was just my body getting used to it, and me getting used to the plan etc and finding what works.

    100% SWers - 1 day at a time :)

    Although i lost 2 1/2 pound yesterday, i didn't have a 100% week (what with moms sunday lunch and triffle, a bag of mini eggs, and a meal out!) So to make sure it doesn't catch up with me, i plan on a 100% week. Plus i am going away camping next weekend, and i plan on treating myself to scones...

    Asda mince

    I purchased the 3 for £10.00 on the large packs of extra lean mince from asda too - my packs also say 'less than 10%' Will have to eat them now though. :sigh:
