    Please, Your true experiences of regular Alcoholic Drinking whilst on SS+

    My friend is doing ss+ and was out on Sunday drinking. She got pi$$ed very quickly and felt terrible yesterday. She was still feeling ill today so her opinion is that she won't be drinking on it again until she comes out of ketosis first. Hope this helps x

    I too think tap water is the best, evian reminds me of swimming pool water yuk! Infact I don't really like most bottled water. Must be too used to drinking my lovely Scottish tap water :-D x

    2nd day and still feeling ok....

    Is it worth the price ?

    My CDC charges £2.00 a piece for each item (excl water flav and mousse) so I am £42 per week £168 a month. If you were to take £20 off of that for sw or ww you'd be left with £148 over 4 weeks for food which ain't really a lot so I definitely think it's value for money x

    THIS IS IT!

    I am worlds worst for willpower and one week later I have lost 9.5lb! Even managed to stick to it when out for dinner Sunday! Just don't be disappointed if your loss isn't as big as some peoples as that can be off-putting and motivation killing. Good luck! :-D

    Im in my 2nd week of ss+ and had a chicken tikka kebab tonight as I couldn't resist. No pitta or sauce just chicken and salad. Does anyone know from experience if I've totally knackered things up or if that should be ok as I feel totally guilty now. All comments or replies welcome good or bad x

    Water Flavourings and Mousse Mix Quantities

    Silly question this is my 1st week but can a small quantity of the mix a mousse be added to the soup to create more substance so it's not so dish watery? X
