I do want to do it, its near as damn 3 months to the day until Christmas, with big family meets and nice Christmas dresses to get into and I get married in March so I need to get on it now. Just need to get my arse into gear lol
I joined here and Exante months back. I did well I lost 21lb in 3-4 weeks and came off it to go on holiday and have just died since then. I can't get my head back into it. I have "started" so many times since my holiday at the end of June and I've just wasted bars and shakes :sigh:

Anyone else seem to get them really easily now?
I only used to get them in my legs if I sat funny for along time etc. Now it seems to be every evening at some point I get them at the drop of a hat :confused:I have them now in my left hip...
I had a Coke Zero from McDonalds the other day. I think they just stuck normal coke in it or diet as I felt foul after it. Felt like my stomach was going to burst.
I have chronic constipation so I know its not that LOL and had TOTM last week (first week on Exante, typical!! haha) It was gone by morning so not sure what it was about. Maybe I had too much Coke Zero and I'm not used to it..
Bar at 12ish milkshake at 8ish. I'm naff aren't I LOL! Oh no I'm not doing it to loose more weight or think it will I just get to 8pm realise I've only had a bar so have a milkshake then I want to go to bed at 10pm...
I resisted McDonalds and Ice lollies that everyone else had. Also did the weeks shopping for everyone and haven't opened the fridge once since I unpacked.
You wouldn't say that if you saw me drooling at the nutella I put on the kids toast this morning LOL! Even got it on my fingers and managed not to lick it (somehow!) just wiped my hand on the washing quickly before I could change my mind haha.
I think I'm going to stick to weekly. Whilst I might be able to see day to day difference the first week, when it drops to 3lb a week Im not going to see that everyday am I and might loose heart?
This will make you laugh, I just read a bedtime story to my kids and it ended up being about a huge omelette. THAT made me hungry! Good job it wasn't real LOL
My OH and kids just had a McDonalds infront of me haha! And I can honestly hand on heart say it didn't bother me one bit. I looked at OH's burger that I would normally eat and thought "that meat looks like cat food..."
I use Wii Fit. If its in the same place each time, it might be off a bit but it should show your loss correctly if you know what I mean.
Do all Boots stores have scales?
Haha, me too! I started trying to do the water last week to get into the habit. I must have gone to the loo about 6 times at work! I normally only go once if I really have too LOL.
Thanks everyone. I was just about to say how do you drink so much water. I very rarely drink during the day as it is... always been really bad at drinking enough. Just about coming up a litre today. Already feel like a water balloon!
Had my first chocolate milk shake this morning. Taste just like cardboard YUM! LOL.
Have had really bad migraines every day for about 3 weeks now so I'm hoping this doesn't bring too much more of a headache on as my head might explode :sigh:
