    ok guys thanks for your input, i was just a little confused as to the backs of the packs, as each one says it provides 100% per pack ??? also im not hungry with 400 so didnt think i needed the extra pack i will follow your advice and add in the third pack sorry guys

    You should maybe think about going to counseling about this... because you need to find out the reasons WHY you eat emotionally... i had the same problem and found my roots, and then realised all my bad eating habits were HABITUAL , and not emotional, as i now know them its easier to over ride...

    Can't quiet believe it ! Gone from 165 to 155lbs in 7 days !!! So happy :) Stuck to it apart from one day i had an apple and a pickled egg , my only slip up ! going to make it a strict week with lots more excersize :) bring on week 2 !

    Nearly 1pm n ive finished my packs for today

    started my period and woke up at 6am... will definetly try the splitting the packs tomorrow into 6 i ended up having an apple and a pickled egg which is good protien and a bit of fruit not the end of the world, atleast i feel better now, back on the straight and narrow tomorrow thanks guys :)

    What times do you eat?

    Ive just started exante and yesterday I had the bar and milkshake for breakfast around 9am then the soup for dinner at 4pm.... today ive done the same... should i be spreading them out? does it really matter? went for a run this morning too ! full of energy :D
