Nearly 1pm n ive finished my packs for today

Drink some water, coke zero, black coffee etc and if you're really still hungry by this evening I would have another shake rather than reach for anything else. Good luck.

Are you at work? Or can you have a sleep? Do some housework, gardening, reading, go for a walk etc? Nice soak in the bath? I'm sure some other people will be along with some good suggestions.

Was you desperately hungry to have all the shakes by 1pm or up very early?

As everyone else says, drink drink drink!!!! If you really need something have another shake, and if your really getting deperate have some small amounts of protein, like cooked chicken breast with no seasoning.

But like I said, only as a last resort if your out and about! I dont want to suggest cheating at all but better to cheat wisely than completely binge which nearly happend to me at an all day picnic becuase I just got so hungry and there was no where to get anything healthy from! Exante was the best thing ever for me, lost a stone in 2 weeks, but found out was allergic to it!!! Was so unhappy.....

All is not lost my love......fill yourself up with tea, coffee, coke zero, fizzy water and water water!

Distract yourself....hot bath? Long walk? Call an old friend for long chats?

for tomorrow, split your packs in 2 and have 6 mini meals evenly spaced out, if you manage just one day, you can do it another then another and its a habit after 21 days so keep trying.

I dont have my first shake until now, then second at 6 and thrid at 8 so still close together but i can handle not having them all day as long as i can *munch* at night

I'm only on day four and will have soup crisps in a minute then a shake at 7 ish then my bars at 8ish with coffee, had my 1st glass ever of coke zero today and tasted great, I find eating later gives me something to aim for xx

started my period and woke up at 6am... will definetly try the splitting the packs tomorrow into 6

i ended up having an apple and a pickled egg which is good protien and a bit of fruit not the end of the world, atleast i feel better now, back on the straight and narrow tomorrow thanks guys :)

I'm like this too! I find that I finish a lot of my packs by 1-2pm! But this seems to suit my lifestyle so it's possible to go without for the rest of the evening. :)

At the beginning I used to cut my bar into 3 and have it lunchtime, afternoon and at bedtime. I have had 4 shakes a couple of time and it didn't seem to make much of a difference although I wouldn't do it too often.
