    Today has been a better day :D NO FOOD!!! YAY :o Today I've had: Chocolate shake with 140ml of semi-skimmed milk Vegetable Soup with water Chocolate shake with water Chocolate velvet tetra brick and... 5 pints of water :) (and still need to drink more!!!)

    Started yesterday, but feel a little scared!

    HI! I'm similar... Tried WW and SW and just wasn't very good at it. So started Cambridge yesterday. Day 1 went well up until last night. Day 2 is going better! Drink lots of fluids (I had 5 pints yesterday!) and good luck!!!
