Half a pound off this week. My scales at home tell me that I am three pound lighter than those in school which I use to weight myself. Both are weightwatchers scales. Bit bizarre! Hope everyone is well.
I think anyone on some kind of a diet is obsessed with food a s what they eat. It's hard to just totally forget. 0.5 pound isnt a major gain. It will probably come off next week with a lot more.
Had a wee search on Amazon and eBay. Don't think you can get weight watchers plates. :( There is some kind of weight loss plate on amazon though. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Don't keep a diary on here. Have an app called iwatchr that I use to track my intake. Ten off is a lot in the one day! Must have been such an way day compared to normal!
I teach primary three. Absolutely love it. What year do u teach? Lost nearly 4 stone with discover. Put two back on. It's now time to get back on track! Thank God for iPhone apps. Lol.

I am a fellow teacher. We came through an inspection last year. My first one. Was tough but I found those who stressed out the most crumbled more quickly. Lol. Nice to get good feedback. Lifts your spirits when someone sees the effort that you put in!
Good luck with inspection. Not as bad as you think. Not much point getting too stressed either. You want your lessons to be as natural as possible. If you are overly worried this won't be able to happen.
Falling falling fallen . . . Can't seem to get back on track after Christmas. Willpower just completely gone. Back to work yesterday so hoping routine will help me regain focus.

Starting on slimming world this week. Been doing weight watchers and lost three stone. Need a push to get last stone off. Trying out slimming world. Anyone got any tips? Thanks!
My five reasons:
1. Increased confidence.
2. Clothes that fit nicely.
3. So people can see beyond the fat.
4. To be able to go swimming without being paranoid about the wobbly bits.
5. To buy nice clothes and not just shoes all the time.
I would look at how many chicken breasts were potentially in it and point them that way. Look then at how many grams of noodles were potentially in it and point those. I would generally round up to be safe.
Turkey curry is very nice. Just add some balti paste chicken stock onions peas and away ya go. Not sure how many points is in it though - its a recipe from the old points system.
Does anyone have one of the pro points calculators that you can track with as well as count the points? I have one but foolishly threw out the instructions and can't figure out how to change my weight. Hope someone can help.
