    Does anyone have one of the pro points calculators that you can track with as well as count the points? I have one but foolishly threw out the instructions and can't figure out how to change my weight. Hope someone can help.

    Diet:
    ADF
    press 7, then it says "new day?"

    then press enter.

    Keep doing this until it comes up with "new Week?" and press enter again. It should bring up your weight so you can change it at that point x
