dont panic! you are normal, we all fall off the wagon now and again, me included! start by planning some meals you have enjoyed in the past, get your old food diaries out and look for inspiration, you have 5 weeks to christmas, if you get back on track now you could be up to half a stone lighter by then! plan as much as you can even down to your syns, it all helps, not writing it down is a kiler it's so easy to "forget" about that kitkat of packet of crisps, so be honest and write everything down and remember when in doubt, check it out. if you're unsure about the syn value of something look in your book or ask a fellow SW member on here there will always be someone about to help you out. YOU CAN DO THIS. Remember today is the start of your week, dont dwell on what you've done, thrive on what you're going to do from today. GO FOR IT! :D
