    Just made a big batch of this with 3 cans of diet coke, 500ml carton of passata, 2tblsp each of Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, and a bit of paprika and Chinese 5 spice.     Well done for resisting the call of chocolate! 1-2 lbs a week is a sensible figure to lose and should mean you keep it off, rather than a crash diet where you put all of weight back on a week later! :)

    A fruit salad or homemade smoothie is good, if you're having a "fried" breakfast you can have mushrooms, onion, peppers etc on the side. The other option is to make sure your snacks through the day are superfree (veg sticks, fruit etc)

    You just type in the ingredients that you have or want to use and it gives you recipes to match, it's a saviour when the cupboards are bare! Though obviously some need to be tweaked (fry light instead of oil etc) :)

    It was lovely! I mixed 1 tub of quark with 2 sachets of Options White Choc (dry) and a bit of vanilla essence. For the base I warmed 4 Alpen Light bars ( I used choc) and pressed into moulds. Good just like that but I warmed some mashed strawberries with a tsp of Splenda, waited for it to cool...

    Hi guys I'm new to the forum :) I've just had a portion of SW chips with fried bacon, onions and garlic, syn free BBQ sauce and grated cheese (HEX A). So yummy! Just made a quark cheesecake with strawberry compote as well-only 2 syns!
