    You can do it!!! It only works out at just over 2.5lbs a week! Are you exercising too? Try and step it up a little if you are. If not, then just go for a few brisk walks and be more strict on ur calorie intake.

    Well guys I lost 7lbs this week. WOW. Been proper strict on ss+ this week. What a result! Pleased. A tip for anyone on ss+ is to split your evening meal in half and have one half for lunch and the other for dinner. Seemed to pay dividends for me this week!!!
