That's news to me. I never soak powdered linseeds and I've never had poisoning from them. I think that whole linseeds need soaking to make the seed shell absorb water. Omega-3 fats give me a glossy coat, too! ;)

True. As long as protein intake is <200g/day, this is within the capability of the ornithine cycle in the liver to produce urea. Fat calories can be less than protein calories under this condition without producing rabbit starvation. I still wouldn't recommend doing it, though!

Glycogen can be depleted in about 3 days if sugary/starchy carbs are cut to ~20g/day. I cut sugary/starchy carbs to ~100g/day so it took longer to deplete glycogen but deplete it, I did! :D
