    Help with Sunday Lunch

I don’t get posts like this. This is a VLCD. By this, you’re supposed to be eating about 600 cals a day, every day. Alongside several litres of water. The rules are simple. Three packs and lots of water, it is. But you now say, after just ten days, you’re going to have half a Sunday lunch...

    Nice post Katt.

    am i going mad?

I think you're imagining things. Go and have a lie down. It's probably the Exante kicking-in.

    Back for more ;)

I'm 32 too. Stone that is. Not really. I'm 32 years old. 33 next month. Good luck. Don't get ill this time.

    Water.

One of the most annoying aspects of the Exante diet - other than the dry mouth, the hunger pains, the dodgy stomach on day 4, the continuous desire for food, the no alcohol, the having no life and handing over £105 a month for a series of products which, in all honesty, probably cost around...

    I'm hungry.

Will this knock me out of ketosis?

Actually, I'll email my question to Exante now!! Should be a classic!

    Oh. Thank you.

    Tesco ultra slim products

Hmmm. I wonder if something could be 'done' here so when people join, they're directed to a 'please read...' page first? The thing is is that this site provides helpful info that Exante's does not, and likely never well. I mean, I think it unlikely they're going to start advising their...

Will this knock me out of ketosis?

If I pop down to the local kebab van in say, 20mins or so, and I order a king size donner with a side of fries but leave out the tomatoes and the can of cola (I was going to have a large glass of iced water instead - I've read all about how having citrus can be bad on a VLCD, even though there's...

    Tesco ultra slim products

I think someone should compile a kind of Q&A thing because the same questions keep getting asked. It's nobody's fault (well, not really) but I get serious deja vu whenever I hit this forum. I have seen the Tesco question ("can I eat their replacement diet bars?") around 4,000 times. As for the...

One month on, one month off? UPDATE @ post 24

I'd give it a go and see what happens. Provided, on your month off, you're not exceeding about 2000 cals a day, the worst that should happen at the end of the 'off month' is that you have gain a small amount of weight. If you think this is a route to helping you get thin, I'd do it.

New to Exante (and male lol)

He's already jumped ship. I saw him in BK earlier ordering a super-size Chicken Royale Meal with extra onion rings. Shocking. (I was only in there to see what he was up to, of course.)

doesn't take much for a binge...

I'll buy your remaining Exante packets off you?

    Omg been arguing!

Well, she's correct in a way, surely? However, as you're doing something about it and have realised things need to change, I wouldn't worry too much.

    Porridge

As a cheap, filling replacement, it's completely fine for you to just buy a box of regular Ready Brek and chuck in a vitamin bill whilst you're eating it. It does everything the Exante Porrdge mix does but at a fraction of the cost. You can even pour half a tin of Evaporated Milk over the food...

New to Exante (and male lol)

Little tip for your Slim-Man (I too, am also male - always have been! - and I love it very much...). In the future, just order the milkshake packs. Don't get the mixed 'bumper' ones....Why? Because you can replace the cereal bars with the ones you can buy in Tesco but please ensure you only...

    Oh dear :p

Then get on it with young lady. To be knackered after walking four flights of stairs - as has just happened to me - is unacceptable. How's that for your first piece of support?

    Water head

Do you mean a kind of weighty, lifeless sensation, as if your head is bogged-down by some uknown force and is almost ready to drop from your shoulders? Do you mean you feel a little hazy and sleepy and generally 'down'? Do you mean you feel rather like a person feels after drinking too much...

The Frosted Lucky Charm's in Town!

Yes, I'm starting tomorrow too. I reckon it's going to take me through till June. I have a lot to lose. Here goes nothing Exante.

Problems at home - hubby wants me to quit

I would just tell your husband (politely) to do one. This advice comes on the basis that, of course, you truly, sincerely plan to see this thing through. Remember:- Whilst I have no idea what you weigh etc, I'm assuming you'll need to be on here for much of the rest of this year. It's a bitter...

Mt friend asked if i had lost weight yesterday

This type of thing can really take time and it obviously depends how much you have to lose etc. It's amazing how quickly it 'notices' on other people and how long it can take on others.

    does anyone like the soups?

I think the soups are nice enough, except the tomato & basil ones. They're grim. The bars, in comparison to the shop rivals (especially 'The Biggest Loser' & Tesco ones) aren't up to much but are perfectly edible. The shakes are all Ok but pale in comparison to, say, the SlimFast ones which are...
