If I pop down to the local kebab van in say, 20mins or so, and I order a king size donner with a side of fries but leave out the tomatoes and the can of cola (I was going to have a large glass of iced water instead - I've read all about how having citrus can be bad on a VLCD, even though there's no proof whatsoever to support this statement), does anyone know if this will knock me out of ketosis?
