    Foods that are low in calories

    There's this bread called ROY Bread Lite. It's a type of Lebanese bread, it only has 80 calories in each wrap! Compared to standard Lebanese bread wrap which has 280 calories. Huge difference, I can have 2 of them wrapped over eachother and still end up 120 calories under. Highly recommended.

    How often do you weigh yourself?

    I'm surprised how many people weigh themselves in almost daily. I think I would quit dieting if I got my results daily. A week does seem like a long time but I enjoy seeing one bigger number then lots of small numbers.

    I boosted my calories up my calories this week to 1600 had one day where I hit 2000 but I otherwise average ~calories/per day for the week. I lost 1.1KG/2.42LB's this week and that caps off week 5 :) Is it a healthy weight loss rate at 1kg a week at my weight?
