    thats a good idea, i generally do the opposite - so cook them through in the microwave and then crisp up in the oven (stops the 'microwavey' taste) - but this seems v. convenient for work etc x

    getting-fitter needs help

    I know this sounds a little bit weird, but when I'm having a bad day or feel like giving up I go and buy a trashy magazine - firstly it takes my mind off food, and secondly seeing lots of celebs in their bikinis spurs me on. Plus it's cheaper than a meal from KFC lol xx

    I'm not sure if this has been mentioned already, but Mattesons chicken bites are amazing, sure they are slightly over at 120 cals, but I find them really filling.
