Hi Im new to JUDDD so far its going well and I have lost 8.5lbs in just under 3 weeks finding it easy so far as this diet still allows you to have a social life, so I dont feel restricted by it or tempted to cheat :)

Good luck strawberry. I find reading peoples blogs really inspiring, reminds you that everyone goes off track every now and then, but the people who do well dont give up when they have had a wobble. Which has allways been my downfall. :)

I like to have something a size smaller to aim for. I just got into my size 16 jeans which I couldnt even pull up a few months ago. Helps me to realise I am changing my shape :)

Hope you LO is feeling better Nats. Sorry its been ages since I posted. Still chipping away loosing an average of 1lb a week. I have the odd week when I wonder if its still working and then the scales budge again :) Trying to just listen to my body and give it what it needs. I think sometimes...

I agree with Nats it might be worth contacting you therapist livi. Maybe they could offer you another session to help you get back on track. The hypnoband program has this as part of the treatment, so that when your weightloss tails off you can book in to have the band 'tightened'.
