Hi our first weigh in I have maintained but I do find it takes a couple of weeks to bed in so I'm trying not to be dispondant,for what good that would do anyway. My boy lost 3 so I'm very pleased with him
Hi thanks for your support. We have been weighing pringles and are shocked!!! My boy is v motivated he will help me. Had omelette and beans for breakfast so its a start :-)
Hi Well iv put 2lb on since Aug!!! I suppose not too bad. However must start being more healthy as darl son 13 weighs 11 6. Although he is 5 5 its just too much. Chocs away for us!!!
Also im fed up of people quoting carb amounts to me. Why don't they understand im not on low carb. I want to eat normally but healthier for myself and my family x
Thanks for welcome. Had a good start scrambled eggs in savory rice for lunch, was a bit like egg fried rice. Was good tho. Lamb shank in slow cooker with roasted veg. also done Wii fit.
