    I'm doing a mix. I use the meals on the days I'm at work, so 3 days a week. I'm starting to run low so will probably just use normal food some here on in. I'm still losing so happy enough to do that. I'll probably use the WW or Tesco low fat meals for my work days x

    1st week on Solo Slim - results!

    I really like them :) I haven't come across one dinner I don't like, and the only soup I struggled with was carrot and coriander. I don't even like soups normally! I don't drink much milk so try and replace it with a yogurt every day. Would definitely recommend it x

    Well after my first week on SS I have lost 5.5lbs and a total of 8"!! Really chuffed with that :) I lost 3" off my chest, 2" off my waist and lower hips, and 1" off my upper hips.

I got an email today saying they can't send me the cheese as they can't guarantee it will get there in 24 hours (I live in Northern Ireland) :( A bit gutted but at least its not the main meals.
