    Pasta Portion

    I'm a big fan of SW. I'm a veggie and felt that pro points didn't work for me at all. On the points plan I did loose 3st but so far on SW i've lost 2st 2lb since end of aug so i'm chuffed :)

    I tend to start off with 100g for tea and after a while cut down to 75g. For a dinnertime meal I just have 50g. I used to do WW so I can't help but weigh all my pasta, rice, cous cous etc

    How much food

    This is my 2nd week of doing SW. I did WW for years but found the pro points were very limiting as I'm a vegetarian. I now eat bread, cheese and potato which i would not have dreamed of. I have a quick breafast because I hate breakfast but 2 big meals at lunch-followed by yogurt and dinner...

    SW Free smash pizza

    Well I've just made 2 massive smash pizza's. One for me and one for my hubbie. Was very doubtful, but.....OMG it was lush. I'd make them smaller next time and add hebs and garlic to the base (I just used Sainsbury's basics) It's gonna be my Sat night 'treat' :cool:

    I,ve tried the silken...urgh and the smoked ones... not my cup of tea lol Then again I'm a strange vegetarian. I don't like eggs, quorn or tofu and can only eat certain cheeses. My husband says I'm a nightmare but hey... I'm just me :)

    Hi, i joined SW online on Sunday so I'm 100% confused. At the mo I'm following the EE way to get started. Can I do this every day or do I have to switch between the red and green. I've followed WW but found the new PP too hard because I'm a vegetarian and seem to be penalised when needing...
