sugar free energy drinks fizzy juice caffeine and weight loss

I'm not saying that you should lose weight like that, just that it's possible. May have to check that out, although I do tend to prefer Coke to Pepsi.

I don't see how they would cause you to stop losing weight. I am a firm believer of 'eat whatever the hell you want as long as it's under your calorie goals.' Just look at such diets as "The Twinkie Diet." I still treat Diet Coke Cherry as a treat though. Only having it on special occasions...

    Best alternative to sugar?

Picked up some Fromage Frai in Tescos along with some splenda :D Not sure when I will get around to trying the splenda as I only want it on my cereal and I still have some dried cherries left. Fruit already contains a load of sugar so I don't want to make that worse :P

    Best alternative to sugar?

Hello, I'm new here, although I have been lurking for awhile now getting usful tips. One thing I haven't really seen discussed is the best replacement for sugar. I have already cut sugar out of my diet, swapping my daily cups of tea for green tea. However I would love to have a spoonful of...
