    Well done on keeping up with the daily exercise. I did aim to to 12k steps a day but I think I will stick at around the 8 or 9k mark and keep the calories down to around 800, the weight has certainly come off well this week so happy with that.

    11st 2lbs - 16lbs to go. To get to goal for pre-op I would need to lose 4lbs per week which at this stage is not going to happen so the aim is now to stick to plan 100% between now and surgery date and lose as much as my body is willing to give up.

    I'm kinda making it up as I go along tbh. I've found that the best thing for me is 3 or 4 products a day then topping up to 1,000 calories. I do 12k steps a day and I wasn't losing weight on the total plan until I upped my calorie intake.

    Yeah you might need to increase it, when I was on 800 I was hardly losing anything, upped it to 1,000 and the weight started coming off straight away. It's just trying to figure out what is best for our bodies, can be frustrating at times but it is what it is.
