    Fast day today, not feelin half as bad as I did on Monday. Had a boiled egg for breakfast, soup for lunch, 5 strawberries for snacks, then for dinner I had the slim pasta, 3 laughing cow cheese, 2 mushrooms & 2 cups of tea...altogether 318...so what should I have to fill the gap??

    I have the Avonmore lowfat soup, it's 104 cals, sorry I know this is for under 100 cals, but if you think about the soup that's left in the carton, and then whats left in the bowl and walking to and from the microwave it's probably only 99 cals :)

    Don't cry!! Ur doing so well! I read on another thread here to mix up ur gym routine... If ur body gets used of the same routine it won't work as well... sorry I'm not much help but don't be sad! Maybe go on a big night out with the girls & start fresh again! Keep it up, ur doing really well:)

    Hi, A bag of chips from the chipper is 14 pp, a Veg Curry from the Chinese is 8 pp, and a tray of boiled rice is 12 pp...so maybe avoid it...sorry!!:( I always have porridge for brekkie, which i make with milk, so I count 3 pp for milk and then I wouldn't count it for the rest of the day in tea...

    Don't know that beer, but one of the leaders told me that the best thing you could drink, if your not a spirit drinker, is bulmers/magners light and thats 3 pp - it's the lowest. Coors light is 4 pp. She also said any low alco beer would be a non-alco beer.

    I'm on week 5 now and reached my 5% so delighted! But the first 2 wks I didn't touch them, then the 3rd wk used them (& someone else's!! Darn garlic cheese chips!!) and stayed the same. But last wk i used 12 during the wk & the rest on Saturday nite & lost 2lbs :)

    Hey I had my weigh in today (just lost 1.5lbs :( altogether 7.5) but I asked the leader what is a low alcohol drink, she said it would basically be a non alco drink. But she did say a Bulmers light is 3 pro points but it does say in the book it's 4, so I'd say it's a typo :)
