Ideas needed please

Hi everyone i have started ww on tuesday but one thing that i find hard is evening meals the past two nites my meals have been over 10 points, suprised atthe points in potatoes and rice any ideas would be great

To be honest you will find most tea values will be over 10 points. The best way to ensure you keep the points down is to bulk it out with fresh veg, which is free! ( obvs not your potatoes or parsnips).
You can make rice more interesting. Depending on what your having it with, put spring onions in, eggs (egg fried rice )
Also try stirring in sweet chilli sauce in the rice for flavour or adding rocket

I made risotto on Sunday, it's 7 pp for 75g, I said I try it but I thought I'd be starving after cos it looked like such a small portion. But I added 1 chicken stock cube(1pp). Mushrooms, onions, peppers baby corn, spinach....I was stuffed, I only ate half of it on sunday & the rest on monday, so it worked out at about 5pp a night (I prefer to round up just to be on the safe side!)
