yes i guess you could use natural yougurt too im sure it would be fine:D... we are also finding it hard to get quark in the shops, once there in they are gone in no time... another dip for you if would be houmous : pot of natural fat free fromage frais, 1/2 juice of a lemon, can of chick peas...
Give it a go yourself and keep regular contact with this site for help and motivation.. im lucky that my class is a good one and a nice one.. best of luck :D

yes that's a very good idea of the picture as i can imagine that works very well... What i use for motivation then is a fantastic pair of jeans hanging up on my wardrobe,, and everytime i look at them i can see myself in them:)... good luck:)
Claire have you tried green tea?? that could help or even fennel tea, although to me the fennel is like anniseed if you like that.. might be better than suffering with the peppermint:)

mmmm i love eggs!!!! one of the girls at class told us what she does is stir up 2/3 eggs, and puts into one of the plastic cartons you get from the chinese takeway. She then puts some onion, cherry tomatoes, peppers etc on top and puts into microwave for under 2 mins.. I know a few of the other...

Our class has doubled in size and gotten a lot noisier too.. it's really annoying as people at the back keep talking,, i would have imagined that if you parted with your hard earned money then you would like to listen and gather tips etc... im sure the class will level out in the next few weeks...

you could try chopping up some fruit the nite before and leaving it in the fridge,, take out in the morning and pour some muller light or fat free natural yogurt on top
