    freezing shakes?

    i just pop my tetras in the freezer whole - but remember to life the flaps on either end of them to allow a bit of room when they freeze and expand. my fave is the choc one!

    i go every 2 weeks - you could maybe drop down to that...i would say any longer and you may feel a bit alone and also when you know you have a weigh-in you are stricter with SS - well thats how it was for me anyway! x

    i have the opposite problem - i also weigh myself in the morning starkers before a shower and see my CD in the evening and am always less on her scales...mind you, she does have better electronic scales so i go by hers (!)...if i was you i would go by your own ones on your ticker as it sounds...

    thanks guys - i did limit myself to the one packet! the only time i ever slip up is when i dont plan ahead (i.e. foget my tetra or not have any salad in the fridge) good luck if anyone else has weigh-ins tonight!!! if i can do this diet (with very low will power and self-belief) then anyone can!

    YAY ME!!

    i think when we think about the benefits of being slim, the 1st thing that comes to mind is wearing nice clothes, having more confidence etc but its also important to think of the health aspect too! big congrats for how well you have doen so far and good luck for the rest of it! x

    Healthy BMI

    Had my WI last night and despite taking the Bank Holiday Weekend off SS I have lost 6lbs (should point out that it's over 2 weeks!).     hey - i work as a financial adviser for mortgages and life assurance. mortgages themseves wouldnt be loaded but depending on the life company a high BMI can mean you are classed as being 'higher risk' for certain things such as diabetes, high blood pressure etc so they may increase the premiums...

    Whats your height and goal ?

    am only 5 foot 3 and when my CDC asked me to think of a weight I remembered when I felt at my most comfortable which was 9 1/2 stone. I started CD at 11 1/2 and have lost about a stone so am halfway through.

    Hey - dont be downheartened! I know it can be hard when you hear other people have lost huge amounts each week but 6lb is nearly half a stone which is amazing! keep going and also remember to look at inches lost on bums, arms, hips etc as well as the actual number on the scales! xxx

    Tetras

    tetras are lovely and hassle free...and the choc ones make such good ice cream when you freeze them! watched a dvd at the weekend and had my version of ice cream whilst my boyf had the fullfat stuff - couldnt tell the difference!!!
