    20 mins 30 day shred and 15 mins wii fitness, but stick me down for 30 mins in total for yesterday, a nice round number :-) I would have liked to have done more, but the joys of a teething baby! Least the contsant running up and down stairs last night will count for some hidden extra fitness!

    Did you do the dvd days consecutively? Or did you have a gap between some of them? I can't do it consecutively, so I'm hoping I can still get a similar loss over the 30 days I do the dvd, rather than 30 days straight

    I am sooooo not looking forward to the potty training stage! My partner looks after our lil one as I work full time, so not only do I have a boy to potty train, he will be trained by a boy! I don't hold much faith with that one I'm afraid haha! x

    Awww bless her. My lil one nearly has a full set on the top now, but only 2 on the bottom... looks funny! We used the ashton and parsons powder, I knew it was hard to get but didn't realise it's now off the market. The only place we could get it was in the bigger Boots stores if that helps...

    I know! He's never had a problem before with teeth until these ones. He's 13 months. How about yours? I'm only able to do it about 4 times a week, so I'm aiming to lose the 20lbs it claims you can lose over the 30 times I use it, rather than 30 days straight x x

    Toning Up...

    Yep it's the Gillian Michaels DVD. It has 3 levels, and I have only been working at level 1 so far, so I'm not sure how much toning is involved in the next few stages x

    A fitness instructor I know says that crunches are a lot more effective than sit ups, and pilates is a great form of exercise to get rid of the belly. Apparently it works all the core muscles which helps tone up the stomach :-) A good crunch for the below belly is to lie down on your back...

    Which fitness dvd's did you use and find the best? I've just started on Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I found Sainsbury's diets tracker really good to use, great food list, and can track water etc, but you have to pay for it which is a bummer. I used it on a free month trial x

    How have you found level 2? Is it much more intense than level 1? I have done 4 days on level 1 but I am starting to find my body is used to it now, not sure if I need a bit extra fitness before venturing onto level 2, or whether I should go straight for it x x x

    I've managed to survive my first week, and didn't find it that bad! Like you numnums, I think if I craved something bad, I just worked it into my calories. I also made sure I exercised more. Lost 4lb's in my first week so I'm a happy bunny for now! :-)

    I've only signed up to mfp for 2 days, but I find it really useful. I keep it signed on whilst I am at work and just add foods as I eat. Does anyone know if they have an app for blackberry? Would be handy to be able to add foods anytime

    Well I'm onto day 5 and I haven't given in yet which is very unlike me on other diets! I'm quite enjoying calorie counting, eating everything i want, just in smaller portions to keep the cals down :-) Probably how I should have been eating all along!

    I didn't have any weights so I was prancing round my living room with baked beans in my hands! I have the active fit fitness games for wii, also have zumba on wii but don't find it reactive enough. I'll have to pull out all the stops to try and get 15 hrs in!
