Yeah its not till you really look at it that you realise why you put on weight. And my portions were a problem too. For first time now im feeling satisfied before finishing every mouthful too

What is best way to cook butternut squash. Someone told me to cube and spray with frylight. Anyone know if you par boil first? They dont have points cooked like that do they?

Anyone know to work out the pp allowance? My dad just started and doesn't think hes doing the correct amount of points. Hes 57,.5ft10 &.weighs 20st 7lb . Any help would be great. Im new myself
