    I struggle with ready meals as I like to try keep everything as 'clean' and unprocessed as possible, plus I have no microwave in work so its going to be a hard one!     Muller Light ice cream

    Did this with the mint and chocolate one, completely forgot about it - 2 days later it's like a rock!! I'll have burnt more calories trying to eat it than is in it at this rate, think I need an ice pick!! Will defiantly be buying the ice cream moulds and making ice lollies with these mmmm!

    mm just had a huge salad, with nandos chicken! A massive grand total of 0.5 syns! put the chicken in a bowl, add a dollop of natural fat free yoghurt and a table spoon of nandos hot peri peri sauce, mix and then george forman it :) mouth is still on fire now though!
