Morning! 3.5lb off for me this week, very very pleased, that's 12lb in two weeks on SW :character00180:
I'm now 12st9, aiming to get to 12st7 or less next week. Want the 12's gone asap!
So tomorrow will be my second weigh in on SW.
looking at the stats I've got 3st2 left to lose!!
I promise myself now that when i get to target again I WILL weigh every week to keep a check on myself. More than 1-2lb gain will result in seriously looking at my food the next week.

overweight teen, did rosemary Connolly with my mum and weighed 10st.
crept up and up until i hit 15st around age 21.
did Atkins and lost 2 stone.
got pregnant at 23, 15 stone.
lost 2 stone
got pregnant again, 15st8lb...

I'm doing great thanks, I WI on Tuesday so hoping for a loss. I could have had a bit more superfree with some meals so fingers crossed i've had enough. How is your week going?
It also depends on your height I think.
I'm really short and find I lose dress sizes quite quicky. When I lost weight before at 15st I was a size 20/22 at 10st I was a small 12 large 10.
The worst one is 16 to 14, where I am now, taking ages!

Lunch - tuna lettuce and pepper salad with new potatoes and balsamic vinegar 50ml ( 1pp)
Dinner - whole wheat pasta with passata
