    Newbie :)

    Started Rosemary Conley yesterday. I'm doing it alone as I can't really afford to go to class and don't have the time. I'm having 1200 calories a day and sticking to the below 5% fat rule. Got the morrocan chicken recipe in the slow cooker. So far so good :)

    Attack Day 1 of attack

    Just completed 7 days of attack and lost 6.5 Ibs :0 my target was to get below 10st and i'm now 9.13 :) I'm enjoying attack so much that I think I'm going to do another 3 days and then start cruise!

    Attack Oat bran

    Just wondering what can you do with oat bran on the attack phase? I'm thinking not much since you only have 1.5 tbsp. I had it in a yoghurt for breakfast this morning but I've heard you can make muffins etc? Cally x

    slimming world quiche

    I made one last night. I put peppers, mushrooms, onions and salmon in a baking tin and in a bowl mixed together a tub of quark and 3 eggs with herbs. Pour the mix over your veg and oven cook for 25mins x
