Attack Day 1 of attack

I think today has gone pretty well

B ff yoghurt with oat bran
Ham

D chicken with boiled egg and cottage cheese

S chicken and homemade cappuccino with
skimmed milk

D chicken with Cajun seasoning and boiled egg
white

S ff yoghurt

I've just made the oat bran muffins so I can have one for breakfast with ff yoghurt :)

I couldn't get used to the idea of snacking on protein rather than fruit. I'm sure I'll get my head round it soon!

Just completed 7 days of attack and lost 6.5 Ibs :0 my target was to get below 10st and i'm now 9.13 :)

I'm enjoying attack so much that I think I'm going to do another 3 days and then start cruise!
 
Well done Cally!

Din't deny yourself though, move to Cruise and enjoy the veggies. Your body will thank you AND you will still lose weight :D
