    The doctor said it might take 4 weeks to clear!! So I am probably best to get back on it. As a lot of damage can be done in 4 weeks. Done an online Tesco shop which will be delivered tomorrow so I will be sorted. xx

    So ... I have shingles. I have been in an immense amount of pain since last Tuesday and finally went to the doctor on Friday. I am exhausted and diet has went out of the window - I am feeling so sorry for myself. Back on it tomorrow :) x

    I think you are doing great with your exercise! I used to weigh in on a Friday and it was when I was most successful on weight watchers. I found I would have Saturday as an "off" day and be back on it for 6 straight days. x

    The rain just now is awful here (Glasgow) I had to stop at a shop on the way to work on Monday and by new pumps and tights to wear as when I left the sun was out!! I love chicken korma!! Your stir fry shouldn't have been too many points xx
