Although I've had free food and haven't been off plan, it's a pretty shocking food day.
My main concern though was staying away from chocolate, sweets and the kids leftovers lol.. which I've done :)

Also need to find a B choice! Not keen on bread and i don't want to eat for the sake of it.
I've made some magic porridge for tomorrow morning, so that's my B.

Don't want to admit it but I've eaten about 8 mini spring rolls :O
Feeling like a complete failure... how did i used to be 100 percent all the time? I can barely do 1 day xx

ÏAaaah December is a hard month to eat healthy! I'm still trying to stay on plan but it's too embarrassing to write down what I've eaten!

I have been exercising though which always seems to help me :)
