    Muscle doesnt weigh more than fat, 1lb of fat weighs the same as 1lb of muscle.     It can take a couple of weeks to catch up so just b careful you dont get into the mindset this week that you can cheat a little and still lose as some people do. It can b a very slippery slope. Keep 100% this week and you may have got away with it all together.

    Poss TMI- ive been the same since day 1. I can only go if i take 2 dulcolax every 3 days. It isnt pleasant but i just couldnt cope with the alternative of spending hours sitting on the loo making my bot bleed! Ive never tried cambridge fibre but this may work for you.
