    Ok so now I sound odd! She is a leader but I've not been to meetings. She is a friend of a friend who said go for 26-28 pp per wk. I don't want to get any one in to trouble. All I have is the basic book and I working from that.

    So very disappointed

    First weigh in this evening and I've only lost half a pound. I get dishartened easily and have stuck to the plan ( bar one biscuit raid) :-(

    Why do we crave chocolate??

    I was just about to post the same thing, so craving all the bad stuff. I know we can eat a lot but my diet over past two yrs for various reasons has been Pepsi and chocolate and I WANT some now! 2 biscuits or syn allowance would not cover what I want!!!!!
