    How was hols hun?? Oliver really wobbled yesterday, it was horrid but happier today so will be ok! Started back on it last week and lost 5lbs, phew. Now just 7lbs to my target again and aiming for another stone for christmas. I love the season of casseroles and soups :-)

    Life does get in the way. Actually thinking about I got to target of 11 stone in February so to be 11s 7lb now isn't a huge disaster. It will come off eventually! 4.5lbs for a holiday gain isn't too bad at all hun!

    Yes, lemons can really do the trick. I often mix juice of a whole lemon in soda water and a bit of sweetner, tastes just like real lemonade! Often get good results with a lemon a day. Lots and lots of water too xx

    It's one of my favourites, love it with sw coleslaw, corn on cob, salad, wm roll, sw bbq sauce. It just falls apart, gorgeous. You need to cut off all visible fat xx

    Yes, I make my pulled pork. I use pork shoulder, 1.5kg does loads! I mix passata, tsp mustard powder, 2 tbs worcestershire sauce, 5 tbs balsamic vinegar, garlic cloves or powder, salt and pepper, tbs sweetner. Pour over pork, cover in foil, oven at 150 for 4hrs. Is lush! Kinda tweaked the recipe...

    Monday Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexa&b), raspberries, blueberries Lunch - pulled pork wm roll (hexb), grapes, banana, activia 0% fat yoghurt Dinner - salmon stir fry (water chestnuts, mushrooms, peppers, baby corn, mangetout, onion, carrot), 2 field mushrooms Syns - 0 so far!

    We hired a car in Rome once and was horrendous! My only experience of driving abroad (other than Oz but that doesn't count as same side of the road!). Was a real test to our relationship lol £75 is pretty good tho

    Hi hun, fast days surprised me too. Can quite easily go without breakfast and lunch and have a nice 500 calorie dinner. You do need a true 24hrs tho, I think. So 11pm - 11pm the next day. Hope that helps, good luck! Def drink lots to avoid headaches xx
