Breakfast - muller light and banana

Lunch - huge salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, spring onion, raddish)

Dinner - beef goulash (tomatoes, onion, pepper, celery, carrots, swede, turnip, new potatoes hexb), toffee muller light

Snacks - 2 alpen light bars (hexb), apple, orange, hot milk (hexa)

Syns - 7 on a cadbury flake

Exercise - 100 star jumps

Friday

Very excited as got rid of 9lbs of horrid bloat/naughtiness from the weekend! Back at original target of 11st :)

EE

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexa&b), blueberries, raspberries, blueberries

Lunch - fritata (pepper, mushrooms, green beans, baby corn, spring onion), salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot)

Dinner - ribeye steak, sw chips, tomatoes, large mushrooms, vanilla muller light

Snacks - apple, banana, cadbury flake (7 syns), alpen light bar (3.5 syns)

Syns - 10.5

Exercise - 100 star jumps, 50 crunches

It's bank hols weekend which normally means going off plan so I've planned some fab sw meals that doesn't feel like diet food, mainly so hubs doesn't tempt me off plan! Steak, salmon, mixed grill :)
 
Dinner really was lush, the best chips I've done, really crispy! Pic is a bit dark but steak was very juicy and rare!

Saturday - EE

Breakfast - muller light, blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants

Lunch - Yo Sushi - vegetable tempura, duck sushi, beef teriyaki, miso soup (loads of syns but pretty low in calories so happy with that)

Dinner - salmon, new potatoes, asparagus, green beans

Thursday

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexa&b), blueberries, blackberries

Lunch - tomato soup (5 syns), 2 slices wm bread (hexb), muller light, 4 choc bourbons (12 syns)

Dinner - 3 ww sausages, green beans, carrots, onion and red pepper

Syns 18.5 :-(

Exercise - 50 crunches

Scales showing 2lb gain which I'm not surprised about and deserved after my week totally off plan, for one reason or another.

Going on hols tomorrow so trying to use up bits of food in the house!

Breakfast - muller light, 2 slices of wm toast with little spread and marmite (hexb, 3 syns)

Lunch - spicy bns wedges, roasted onion, big salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes)

Dinner - chicken curry

Snacks - 2 alpen light bars (hexb)

Syns - 3

Holiday was great thanks but obv weight gain :-(

Lunch - wm roll pizza with tom puree and cheese (hexa&b), celery, cucumber, cherry tomatoes. Orange

Dinner - roast pork, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli. Strawberries, raspberries, apple

Syns - 5 to cover me for some fat on the pork

Dinner - pork salad (cucumber, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, spring onion, mushrooms, red pepper, lettuce, celery, cauliflower) pickle (2 syns), muller light

Syns - 5

Exercise - 25min run! (First in 4 months so even though it was pretty dire, I did it!)
 
Tuesday

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexa&b), raspberries

Lunch wm ham roll (hexb), celery, cherry tomatoes, banana, apple

Dinner - spaghetti bolognaise (chopped tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, carrots), green beans

Snacks - cauliflower florets, carrot sticks

Syns - 2 butter

Breakfast - muller light, strawberries

Lunch - wm ham roll (hexb), salad (celery, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, yellow pepper)

Dinner - out for tea, have checked menu and going for salmon skewers which come with a rocket salad, boiled rice and sweetcorn salsa (sweetcorn, red pepper, grapefruit), 2 mouthfuls of strawberry panacotta and a bit of birthday cookie. Well within syns I reckon :-D

Snacks - Packet of the kids chocolate dinosaur biscuits (5 syns), few fruit pastilles (maybe 3 syns?), 2 alpen light bars (hexb), apple

Oooh blimey it was ages ago that I made that, will try and find recipe for you. But I reckon I could make up a version! Cook your veg (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, courgette, bns) and put in casserole dish. I think I mixed fat free fromage frais (or yoghurt) with mustard, an egg, seasoning and hexa allowance of cheese, pour over veg and bake. In this months sw mag, noticed you can use 70g of squeezy primula light cheese for hexa so this would make a lovely cheese sauce I reckon. There's a recipe for a fish pie using primula so reckon it would work. Using an egg in the bake does make it slightly quiche like so if this consistency is ok, give it a whirl!
