    Not losing weight on filling & healthy ?

    Hi all - been doing filling and healthy for 3 weeks now and lost 3.5lbs the first week, but then maintained the second and gained half a pound in my third week!! Has anyone else had this experience? I'm gutted as I've been really good and sticking to it!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Xx

    Tough weigh in :( my advice is to make sure that you measure yourself too as inch loss doesn't always show on the scales. I measure arms, hips, waist and bust each week and really notice the difference despite what the scales say :))

    Thank you so much all, I have promised myself I will not eat anything else!!! I am drinking at least 2 litres of water as I fill a big bottle up each day, but should probably drink more...I will certainly do that if I feel like cheating again!! Fingers crossed I still have a good weight loss...
