Hi karen I'm going to give the shakes another go. I also thought the soups would be the best for me as I've not got a sweet tooth but didn't realise how bad they tasted lol The things you do to be slim

I Just tried the leek and potato soup it was even worse then the shake couldn't drnk it don't know how I'm gonna cope with 8 weeks of the diet if i'm struggling on day one What a wimp.

I just don't like milk it makes me gag it all started at primary school when i was given a carton of off milk haven't touched it since well untill now but I'm not giving up I'm not giving my husband the satisfaction of saying i told you so

The choc mint I think i would have enjoyed it a bit better if i used hot water like a hot choc never mind I'm sure i can handle drinking a few yuk shakes if it gets me back in my hot pants :D

My husband was great and said do whatever makes you happy and that he will support me well that was untill he realised I was not to eat anything just the shakes I think it freaked him out he seems to think it's dangerous now no matter what i say to convince him

just having my very first shake and I'm struggling to force it down, is the soups any better? I don't drink milk i hate it i know it dosen't have milk in but it tastes like it

As i'm starting SS tomorrow I was just wondering if it's a good idea to take photos of myself in an outfit so i can look back in a month or so time to check my progress, the only thing is I'm worried if I do when I see it'll make me depressed and think sod it and eat for the next 2 weeks...
