    I weighed in 2 weeks ago at 22st 11.5 and scales r showin now im 22st 6 so hoping in 2 weigh ins ill have my 3st award! Seems drastic but the heartbreak diet is the best lol for a short time anyway xx

    I've added the screen shots for the recipe below ... I'm a little Confused because I'd work it out as more syns when I've looked but consultant and other group members swear by 20 syns. Either way you choose what you syn It as Hun and it's still low per slice compared to bread xx

    You're right. I am going to go tomorrow morning and get out of this mind set. I think It's because I feel guilty knowing I've not stuck to it but then that's my fault ... its the easiest lifestyle to live and can still have treats so I just need a little more will power. Xx
