Sarah's food diary ?

    Okay so after putting on 0.5lb .. I'm keeping a food diary and if anyone has any suggestions, feel free!

    Thursday 13th March

    Beans, poached egg x2, gammon round and 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HeB) .. no butter.

    Oopsies with ham (oopsies are just quark and eggs)
    Duck in hoisin sauce sticks from Iceland (1syn)

    Mushy pea curry (chicken, onions, shallots, garlic, mushy peas, chopped tomatoes) with rice and SW chips.

    Kinder bar (3.5 syns)
    11 mikado sticks (5.5 syns)
    2 jaffa cakes (5 syns)

    Drank 1.5 litres of water and had some diet Pepsi too

    So today I have had;

    Breakfast; ham omelette followed by a banana

    Snack; pack of ryvita minis (HeB) and 2 cheesestrings (hea)

    Lunch: ham oopsies.

    Tea; I will be having spaghetti bolognese (lots of mushrooms) and melon for afters

    Syns; curly wurly (6syns)
    Dash of milk in tea (1 syn)
    4 mikado sticks (2 syns)

    Still have 6 syns left so might use them later but will aim not to xx

    These are the oopsies I seem to eat a lot of! I use each one like a slice a bread and make sandwiches! And free too! X
