    What's the crisp and dry like? I'm also not a big fan of fry light. I can definitely taste it in my food and I can see it in somethings too. Slightly odd!

    I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you think it's slowing your weight loss down. Then maybe think about restricting it. I'm a big no/low sugar advocate so I tend to limit it and stick to berries but that's definitely a personal choice after reading stuff like Sweet Poison.

    For 0pp? I find it really hard to make non tomatoey ones. Have you tried butternut squash? With or without red peppers? I tend to add tomatoes but I'm sure you could make it without. I just roast everything for about 30-40 mins and then blend it with stock. Squash and apples are good too...

    Hi everyone, Does anyone have a good sea bass recipe? It's on offer in Tesco at the moment but I have no idea what to do with it! I'd normally score fish and add chillis and lemongrass or something before baking it. Can I do that with sea bass or has anyone got any other ideas? Thanks!
