    No, I don't think so. I have been doing my own VLCD, some of my meals are quite large with plenty of lettuce or other veggies while others are very small.     I don't get ham issue. I thought everyone knew that what we usually buy is reformed pork meat. I believe the really fatty bits that guy showed go into sausages. It is stupid to complain that pancetta ceasar sandwich is high is salt and fat. I bet it is delicious, though. :giggle:

I don't believe in most of what is out there about starvation mode because if the food intake is smaller than energy expenditure then fat loss has to happen eventually. There is no way around it.
