    Well, day 4 has been fine - I think the ketosis has kicked in as I had to have my third pack just now! I'm really happy because I have a chest infection and TOTM both of which would normally have me reaching for stodge and wine. Btw I don't really have a sweet tooth so I always have soups...

    Hi. I'm on Day 4. I didn't register on here until now because I have had so many false starts! I know that there will be moments of temptation, but that's all they are - a moment. Once ketosis and the routine of TS kicks in it's not too bad. Good luck with your journeys.
