Hi everyone, I am new on here and starting ts from today. I did this a year ago and lost loads of weigh but fell pregnant so had to stop. Now I need to lose all my pregnancy weight hoping I have the will power this time.

woohoo, finished day one and it was a good day. I am lucky that i have a 2 year old and a 2 month old to keep me busy may not be saying this in a few days time but a good start anyway.
