Hello all, I'm new to the forum and to Slimming World! :wavey:
Well, strictly speaking I have been doing the plan on and off for a few months and lost half a stone but, due to a slightly rubbish consultant gave it a rest for a while... now I'm signed up online and back on the wagon!
Anyhow my question is this... For my HEA I usually choose to have milk. I'm allowed 250ml milk a day but I only have it in my two cups of tea/day, which is no where near the full amount. So, could I perhaps have half that amount of milk and then also have half the allowed amount of a cheese say, ie. 15g Cheddar? Or would this be going off plan?
Don't want to jeopardise myself but also don't want to "waste" my HEA when I only want a couple splashes of milk in my tea!
