Hello everyone. Are we starting a new list for this week as I've not put mine down. I only lost 1lb so am heartbroken as been so good this week. Apparently most people weighing in local to me have gained as we all missed a week with the snow last week and all pigged out as we thought no one would notice!!!
At least its a loss I suppose, but am gonna knock a couple of points off so I go from 20 down to 18 and hope for the best.

i lost 7lbs this week, my mum passed away on fri so its prob to do with not wanting to eat

Well done Lozbo, 2lbs is brilliant.
Bob - don't worry, I think all the bad weather, with people having odd days off etc its muddled a lot of people as to what day it is. I'm excited as only got to work tommorrow and got friday and all next week off - hurray.
