How we all doing chicks. I have to confess to not having been very good this week.. I havent been out running as I had a sore tummy and sore back (also had thrush) and I dont mean a wee bird.

I have been very snacky but I feel that I can get back on track but I fear it might be too late to get a loss on Thursday night.
