Hello!

I shall be starting this in the new year too!! I plan on doing the clean 9 from the 1st January then the weekend of the 10th I have had plans for a long time so may have some wine, dinner out etc before starting with exante from the 12th..... I tried to do exante end of August but just couldn't stop thinking about food and couldn't get in the mindset but I'm hoping this is the year for me.... I have 6 stone in total to lose and need this weight off ASAP!!

Ordered my supplies for delivery tomorrow and having 3 days of 100% TS before going away on NY day to Scotland for 5 days. Then hitting it full throttle on my return.

So annoyed with myself for letting my weight creep back up. Will spend the next 3 months undoing the damage of the last few months of indulgence. But hey ho, I guess it could have been worse. Looking forward to feeling comfortable in my clothes again - everything is too tight at the moment!

I'm doing the clean 9 too - just can't work out when to start as mums 60th birthday on jan 2nd - really inconvenient!! You done it before? Seriously tough but it does work

It's a detox programme but a major side effect is weight loss and I think most people use it for that. The basic principles :

- days 1 & 2 are the toughest. - I think you have 2 shakes and nothing else (could be one, can't remember!) If you use unsweetened almond milk it works out about 250 calories total. You also have supplements throughout and aloe Vera gel shots every day.

- days 3 - 9 - 2 shakes per day and a 600 calorie dinner which is supposed to be healthy. Obviously no alcohol caffeine etc

When I did it last time I had been on a massive binge and started at 9st 6 and ended at 8st 13. Obviously some water weight but still pretty good (I did exercise throughout).

It's very very tough and gives me a new found respect for folks who do LL and cambridge etc

I know that pain!! I lost 4 stone in 2013 and spent a year in yoyo until now!

I've got my supplies lined up and ready to go on the 5th Jan. Fingers and toes crossed for this year being the beginning of a weight problem free future!!!

When u did LL 4 years ago (and lost 10 stone) I lost one whole stone in the first week!! I know a lot is water but it's still a stone off the old ones and spine

Oh please please let me lose 10 stone again this time!! Why does it seem so much harder after the first time? Fingers crossed for Thursday being the first day of 150 100% days

OMG you lost 10 stone ? That is unbelievable!!! AMAZING!! Dare I ask, did you put it all back on ?

Maybe it feels a little harder because you know how much effort was involved the first time. But I would counter that with the fact you know you can do it. You nailed it once, you will nail it again.
